STEVO FEST is a summer private festival hosted across three days for family, friends and work colleagues in a secret Surrey location. 8RAY’s remit included booking, programming and delivering a selection of exciting artists across two stages.

Having selected inspiring artists to complement the festival’s distinctive identity, the team further empowered STEVO Fest with logistical advice prior to the event’s launch. During the festival, 8RAY provided artist liaison and an on-site coordinator. This ensured a seamless live music experience for STEVO Fest’s organisers and attendees.
