A distinguished private members club, The Arts Club is home to a community of discerning thinkers and thought leaders, with a shared appreciation for the arts and culture.
8RAY’s residency team worked with The Arts Club management to create a monthly schedule of live entertainment for Leo’s, a late-night cocktail bar within The Arts Club. The act lineups range from trios up to 6 pieces, depending on the brief for the evening.
Once the acts have been scheduled, the 8RAY team would handle all of the logistics; including tech riders, set lists, meal requirements, any promotional material and briefing of the acts. Our residency team are also available 24/7 as the main point of contact for both the acts and the venue.
The 8RAY team regularly visited The Arts Club, working closely with the management team to continuously improve their members’ experience whilst in Leo’s and to develop the entertainment program further.
